Potential analysis with flynne: Brandmonks wins tender from education professionals

Digitally analyze the potential of job seekers? flynne makes it possible! Since February, Bildungsprofis gGmbH has been using our new tool as a potential analysis program. Brandmonks is the winner of the tender for the program financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Frankfurt Job Center.

In 2013, around 1.05 million people were unemployed for more than a year. Although the number of long-term unemployed fell by around 21 percent between 2008 and 2013, the proportion of long-term unemployed among all unemployed people in the area of basic social security fell by only 1 percent. In recent years, only limited success has been achieved in breaking up entrenched unemployment.

The Education Professionals gGmbH under the auspices of the Hessian Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration and the Working World of Hesse has been commissioned to analyse the causes of the obstacles to placement of long-term unemployed people at the job centre in 2020. Suitable measures within the programme are intended to support the people in removing the obstacles.

We are pleased to support education professionals in testing job seekers for their potential and then introducing them to the employment market. Our tool flynne We have optimally adapted the platform to the needs and requirements of the education professionals and trained the team accordingly.
