LinkedIn has more than 546 million members worldwide and is therefore not limited to the German-speaking area, like Xing. Unlike Facebook or Instagram, for example, the members on LinkedIn are primarily active in a business context - to establish business relationships, but also to discover new career opportunities. This makes the platform a huge candidate pool and offers enormous potential to actively appeal to job seekers as well as to attract the attention of passive candidates.

What tips do you have for successful recruiting on LinkedIn?
