To use the story function, you have to tap the plus symbol in the top left of the app's home screen. This opens the camera view. The user can now use the record button to take a picture or a video of up to 20 seconds. Alternatively, you can access the gallery and select content that has already been created.

To highlight the content, the user can add text or various stickers to their recording. LinkedIn offers a selection of symbols that match the user's professional context. The story can be published by clicking on "Share story" at the bottom right.
The published content is visible for 24 hours. Followers can use the chat function to react to the story or forward it to other contacts.
By clicking on the "eye" symbol, publishers get an insight into who has viewed their stories. In addition to the names, the summary also shows the job titles of the corresponding users.
