With the “Join the #SAPFamily” program, a solution was developed that supports SAP partners in their search for skilled workers with exceptional campaigns and the AI-based recruiting tool flynne. flynne not only finds trained experts, but also suitable career changers.
The skills that an SAP consultant should have consist of process knowledge, IT project experience and industry knowledge, while only 20% require specific SAP knowledge. It is therefore obvious to look for candidates outside the existing SAP ecosystem.
The digital recruiting tool flynne automates the entire sourcing and recruiting process. This saves the company up to 85% in time and 80% in costs compared to conventional methods. Through targeted online marketing campaigns, suitable talents are approached and invited to take part in a short, interactive and non-binding survey. During the survey, participants can test their potential, answer job-relevant questions and analyze their skills. At the same time, they receive important information about the industry and possible career prospects.
