The employees are viewed as an asset of the company.
The term Human Capital Management (HCM) used. This describes the interaction of all the skills, knowledge and experience of a company's employees. Human Capital Management systematically controls all developments, qualifications and the evaluation of employees. This task is part of HR Management. HRM, as the name suggests, deals with the human resources of a company.
As with other corporate values, this is about using employees effectively to achieve the best possible company results. Human resource management also has the important task of accurately assessing personal physical and mental abilities. This is the only way to increase the company's productivity and efficiency in the long term and sustainably.
Although HRM concepts are similar to traditional human resources management, they also integrate aspects from the areas of strategic management, industrial relations and organization.
