What we do?

In 2021, we launched the fully automated digital recruiting tool “flynne”.
The core is a platform that uses AI to prepare objective data for better predictions about the suitability and potential of a candidate and provides companies looking for a suitable candidate pool in real time.
To put it simply, we have completely automated active sourcing and thus the recruiting process steps sourcing, screening, selection (search, evaluation and selection), the most difficult and time-consuming tasks of a recruiter.
With this tool, we support companies in filling vacancies, especially in professions where it is currently extremely difficult to find suitable specialists.

Are you interested in the following tasks?

You work as a developer on our SAAS software flynne.
You will work on the backend application architecture of the platform.
Together with the team, you are responsible for implementing new functions and features in the tool and for improving existing functionalities.
Technical maintenance and troubleshooting etc. are of course also part of your tasks.

What makes you successful in the role?

Professional experience as a software developer
Our tech stack is: Cloud Server infrastructure, Docker, PHP, MySQL, PHP Frameworks (Laravel), Javascript Frameworks (e.g. VueJS), Frontend Frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, Nuxt, Vuetify, Tailwind and daisyui), Git/Github, Unit Testing.
Our system environment is all web-related and brand new. If you don't know one or more tools, no problem. If you have a good grasp of the subject, we will teach you everything you need to master your tasks.

Who are we actually?

We are an agency in the heart of Mainz and have specialized in digital recruiting with around 40 employees.

We support companies in recruiting, coach and advise on these topics and develop our own IT products to automate recruiting.

In addition, we have an in-house digital agency, Brandmonks-Media https://bm.media/, which exclusively takes care of the online marketing activities of our internal projects as well as external customer projects.
