In order to meet the company's resource goals in the coming years, the actual recording, the target concept and the subsequent roadmap planning of the company's entire talent acquisition strategy were optimized and defined in workshops. Topics such as Candidate Journey, Landing Pages, Career Site, Benefits, Target Groups, Social Media, Job Postings and Employee Referral Programs were examined and redefined. In addition, the entire application, hiring and onboarding process was reviewed and updated. The implementation of the project was ensured by a concrete action plan including KPI definition.
