Bei Wabco, einem weltweit führenden Zulieferer von Technologien und Dienstleistungen für Nutzfahrzeuge, stand eine Optimierung seiner Recruitingprozesse und Strategien im Bereich Recruitment Process Outsourcing an. Wabco hat für Analyse und Optimierung der gesamten Prozesskette im Bereich Personalbeschaffung das Brandmonks Active Sourcing-Team beauftragt.
The focus of this project was the strategic setup, operation and optimization of the recruiting processes. After a detailed analysis of the initial situation and the determination of requirements, the project team established a clear strategy for all phases of the sourcing processes and supported their implementation. In order to improve the effectiveness of Wabco's globally distributed service providers, a selection and hiring strategy was designed as per the modules.
