Amprion GmbH is one of the four transmission network operators in Germany. The 11,000-kilometer-long high-voltage network stretches from the North Sea to the Alps and transports a third of Germany's economic output. Amprion ensures the stability and security of the network and, with more than 2,300 employees at various locations, including Dortmund, is driving forward the expansion of a climate-friendly energy system.
In close cooperation with Amprion, we successfully implemented and optimized the Active Sourcing process. Tailor-made tools and methods supported the successful implementation. The effective application of the newly acquired knowledge by the sourcers was ensured by a 2-day practice-oriented intensive training course.
Achieving the personnel goals within the defined time frame was made possible by analyzing and adapting the existing recruitment process to Amprion's needs. The effectiveness of the targeted approach to qualified candidates and the efficient design of the recruitment process are demonstrated by the sustainable results. The significant added value of active sourcing for the recruitment process is underlined by this successful collaboration.
