Die Beumer Group GmbH & Co. KG, ein weltweit führender Hersteller von Intralogistiksystemen, verfolgte eine Wachstumsstrategie im Bereich Fördern und Verladen und plante die Etablierung von zwei Teams für den Fachbereich „Stockyard & Port Machines“. Aufgrund der begrenzten Kapazitäten ihrer HR-Abteilung beschloss das Unternehmen, das Recruiting für diese Positionen auszulagern.

The Beumer Group entrusted us with the implementation of an RPO project in which internal recruiting was transferred into our hands. Based on our many years of experience, we took over the identification and direct approach of potential candidates, conducted telephone interviews and accompanied the first interview, which took place via video. In addition, we took over applicant management to ensure that the entire recruitment process ran efficiently and smoothly.

Despite the challenges in identifying professionals with specific know-how in this industry, we were able to achieve a high response and conversion rate. The successful cooperation resulted in Beumer Group repeatedly renewing their contract with us. This case study shows how we were able to successfully recruit highly qualified candidates in a specialized field and how the cooperation with Beumer Group led to a long-term customer relationship.
