Commerz Real, a Commerzbank company and one of Germany's most experienced and renowned asset managers, had the ambitious goal of becoming a leading digital asset manager. As part of this transformation, optimizing recruiting and establishing an efficient onboarding process was at the top of the agenda.

We worked closely with the Commerz Real team to develop a tailor-made solution to the challenges of recruiting. It started with a comprehensive kick-off workshop. The aim was to precisely analyze the current situation and define clear project goals.

With our new recruiting process, which is specifically tailored to the needs of Commerz Real, we efficiently identify and recruit highly qualified talent. To ensure that new employees get off to a smooth start, we have also developed a well-thought-out onboarding process. With these measures, we have helped to optimize the recruitment and induction of employees at Commerz Real.

We show potential applicants clear career prospects with our innovative, applicant-centered career presentation in the digital channels. At the same time, Commerz Real's visibility as an attractive employer was increased through targeted social media activities. The basis for the success of the various initiatives was a detailed action plan with clear key performance indicators (KPIs).
