The KfW, or Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau, is a German development bank and one of the largest financial institutions in Germany. It was founded in 1948 and has its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main.
We analyzed the current situation through intensive workshops and detailed individual and group interviews. We identified specific requirements and took a close look at the market situation. On this basis, we developed a customized active sourcing strategy, selecting suitable tools and methods and implementing a targeted model.
Our key tasks in this active sourcing project included participation in order clarification meetings, independent identification and qualified pre-selection of suitable candidates, forwarding identified profiles to the hiring managers, contacting the suitable candidates, telephone selection interviews, handing over suitable candidates to the client, reliability checks and ensuring a positive applicant experience.
