First of all, we familiarized ourselves with the existing applicant management system. This was crucial to ensure that everything ran smoothly. We then took over the comprehensive applicant management. This included not only reviewing the applications, but also selecting the best candidates based on a requirements profile created by the client. The application documents were checked for completeness and then forwarded to the client's responsible contact person, with the progress of the application process being monitored.

We also took care of rejection management and offered applicants qualified feedback. Interim notifications were sent and communication with applicants was maintained. In addition, invitations and appointment coordination for video interviews were carried out, which included a total of around 100 interviews. The interviews included both preparation and follow-up. The results were documented on the basis of an evaluation scale and an observation sheet.

The candidates were then invited to the assessment centre, which involved approximately 35-40% of the candidates. These interviews were structured and competency-based, lasted approximately 60 minutes and required both preparation and follow-up. At the end, the candidates were recommended or rejected.
