The Brandmonks IT staffing and active sourcing team was commissioned to support the company with experts from the area of DB Unix administration to ensure that the availability of the systems and data was guaranteed. As part of the project, a proactive performance management system was set up and the simplification of system administration was targeted. Monitoring, performance analysis, permanent improvement of the current systems and their performance, ensuring high availability and monitoring of the Oracle databases were also supported. The creation and further development of emergency concepts and operating manuals, advice and support for the development department as well as migrations and upgrades of databases were also handled.
