The collaboration between Brandmonks and BMZ was initiated by the success of a previous project with KfW. BMZ was looking for an experienced partner who understood the unique requirements of this project. Due to our successful experience and proven expertise in the field of active sourcing and RPO, the choice was made to start the collaboration with us.

We took full responsibility for the BMZ project's recruitment process. This included developing tailored interview guides to ensure that candidates were not only technically qualified but also a good fit. Potential candidates were identified through active sourcing and targeted approach.

Through its partnership with us, the BMZ was able to successfully recruit its founding team. The newly created institution was able to launch smoothly with highly qualified and well-coordinated teams. The collaboration was a complete success and underlined the importance of a professional recruitment partnership in unique and challenging projects.
