As part of the “Corporate Talent Acquisition and Attraction” project, we are responsible for developing innovative impulses in the areas of employer branding and active sourcing.

In intensive workshops that focused not only on process optimization but also on a comprehensive assessment of the employer brand, we carefully analyzed and evaluated the current state of the Diehl Group. In doing so, we took into account the perception from both inside and outside. Our recruiting experts then created a detailed strategic roadmap that included optimization potential as well as clear recommendations for implementing specific employer branding measures.

The measures developed included a precise target group analysis, an effective communication strategy, the targeted development of employer branded content, the optimization of social media and the implementation of measurement instruments. These steps were important not only to identify potential, but also to ensure that the employer branding measures are implemented effectively and are understandable.
