Zalaris Deutschland GmbH is a global company with around 900 employees. Its main business is to advise customers on platform-independent HR strategies and processes in all relevant back office areas. The focus is on the areas of human resources (HXM) and accounting.

In a rapidly changing job market and a highly competitive industry, Zalaris was faced with the challenge of finding experienced SAP HCM consultants.

To meet this challenge, our interdisciplinary team of talent acquisition and marketing experts worked closely with Zalaris to implement flynne, our digital recruiting platform. Together, we developed recruiting campaigns that not only attracted the attention of the target group, but also highlighted the uniqueness and attractiveness of Zalaris as an employer. We also adapted flynne to the specific needs of the target group.

Within a project period of only 3 months and with a modest media budget, we were able to generate a significant number of applications.
