IONOS, as an outstanding German Internet service provider of 1&1 Internet SE, stands for quality and innovation in the field of web hosting and DSL. Faced with the challenge of optimizing the recruiting strategy, IONOS decided to implement active sourcing.

IONOS was able to bring its recruiting specialists up to date in the area of active sourcing through intensive training with us. The workshop taught best practices and sourcing hacks that have proven themselves in practice to effectively approach and attract qualified talent.

As part of a seminar, the participants received a comprehensive introduction to the world of active sourcing. Despite varying levels of prior knowledge, they were able to achieve visible success in approaching potential candidates on the first day. The decision to take part in the training proved to be extremely effective.
