MAN is a leading supplier of commercial vehicles, engines and turbines with a long industrial tradition. The company was looking for innovative ways to improve its recruitment process. The challenge was to extend the standardized recruitment process to include active sourcing and to find suitable channels that are specifically tailored to the highly specialized target groups.
