As part of its CTA (Corporate Talent Acquisition and Attraction) project, the German corporate group Diehl Stiftung & Co. KG commissioned Brandmonks GmbH as an innovative source of inspiration to provide new food for thought on the topics of employer branding and active sourcing.
The status quo of the previous activities was determined and validated with the project team in several interactive workshops.
The Brandmonks' talent acquisition experts then developed a corresponding strategic roadmap for implementation of the areas identified for optimization. The experts also identified the subsequent procedural steps for implementation of active sourcing and employer branding.
