The Energiedienst Group is a regionally and ecologically oriented German-Swiss stock corporation and a leading green electricity provider. The group includes Energiedienst Holding AG, Energiedienst AG, ED Netze GmbH, Messerschmid Energiesysteme GmbH, EnAlpin AG in Valais as well as TRITEC AG and winsun AG.

As part of an RPO project, we supported the HR department of the Energiedienst Group throughout the entire application process. The area of responsibility includes placing job advertisements, searching for candidates, applicant management and accompanying the interviews.

As finding qualified employees in a specialized field such as the energy industry can be challenging, it was crucial to implement efficient recruitment methods. Within three months, 47.5% of the positions were successfully filled with the support of Brandmonks.

Within just three months, together with the HR department of the Energiedienst Group, we were able to successfully fill 47.5% of the vacancies. This shows how effective recruitment processes and cooperation with external experts can help to attract qualified specialists and support the growth of a company.
