As the central service provider of the international Friedhelm Loh Group, Loh Services GmbH & Co. KG is responsible, among other things, for the group's recruiting. In order to meet current requirements and create a meaningful candidate journey, the need was seen to train employees in the field of digital recruitment.
The employees expanded their skills in digital recruiting through practical exercises in an intensive seminar from Brandmonks. The comprehensive training enabled them to develop a tailor-made active sourcing strategy to effectively approach and attract passive candidates.
In-depth knowledge of digital career networks, identifying target groups and using effective active sourcing was acquired. After the seminar, participants were able to develop effective strategies to actively approach potential candidates, with the results achieved underlining the effectiveness and practical applicability of the training.
