ERGO Group AG, a global insurance provider and part of the Munich Re Group, had set ambitious goals for 2025, including the implementation of a challenging trainee program for which they were looking for some promising trainees.
To ensure that the application process is smooth and user-friendly, we implemented our digital applicant management system, flynne. This enabled applicants to apply quickly and easily. In this context, flynne was also used to help candidates identify their potential and navigate them successfully through the process.
