PRIME Research, now part of Cision Company, a global media monitoring and analysis company, experienced rapid growth in a short period of time and won many new orders. In order to cope with the increasing demand, it was necessary to put together new teams and expand existing capacities. At that time, PRIME Research's HR department consisted of two HR specialists who were responsible for recruiting, payroll, staff development and onboarding. Given this challenge, PRIME Research needed external support to cope with the increased demands.
We immediately started identifying and approaching qualified candidates for the open positions at PRIME Research. This included not only application management, but also conducting interviews and selecting the best candidates. Our team was able to carry out the recruitment efficiently and with high quality, despite the unusual working hours and rapid demands of PRIME Research.
Originally planned for three months, the RPO project was extended to nine months due to the excellent results. During this time, Brandmonks managed to fill the number of vacancies according to PRIME Research's staffing plans.
