The challenge was to separate pharmaceuticals and medical technology into independent units, which required careful preparation to ensure that both could operate successfully.
In a twelve-month project, we developed and implemented new strategies to optimize recruitment. The result: The pharmaceutical and medical technology divisions were successfully separated, with the necessary resources and talent. Expenses for headhunters fell by an impressive 2.5 million euros. The “time to hire” was reduced from over 90 to just 30 days. A total of 90 demanding positions were successfully filled.
The internal HR team praised the project as one of the most valuable in the company's history. Our head of the recruiting team was the first external service provider to receive a global award for this outstanding achievement.
