The international leader in the food and beverage sector is a global group of companies with an impressive annual turnover of more than 50 billion euros and a presence in 11 countries.

The company's international IT department, based in North Rhine-Westphalia, plays a crucial role in managing the company's global IT infrastructure.

At a time when qualified IT professionals are in short supply, this company was challenged to find and attract suitable talent for its different departments called clusters. The high demand for IT professionals required innovative recruitment methods and strategies.

As part of an RPO tender, we were commissioned to take over the entire recruiting process for a specific cluster of the company. With a team of 5, we were able to successfully fill around 70% of the open IT positions within just 5 months. Our team conducted around 65% more interviews than before. The successful collaboration resulted in additional business areas being handed over to us after just 3 months, and after 6 months the project was expanded to include IT transformation.

The RPO project has now been running for 2 years and has proven to be a great success, demonstrating how collaboration with experts and innovative recruitment strategies can help attract qualified talent even in times of skills shortages.
